What is CTE?
CTE stands for Career and Technical Education. Career and Technical Education classes provide students with knowledge and skills in many different content areas.
CTE courses combine academic knowledge and technical skills that are vital for entry into 21st century careers.
CTE career pathways help students seamlessly transition from high school to college to careers and life.
In 9th grade courses, skills are verified through CTE State Skill Certificate tests or industry tests.
